1. Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the Opposite Parties be kept on the record.

2. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 02.11.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ara, by which he has dismissed the Protest-Complaint Case No1827-C of 2010/SL No.244 of 2010 under Section 203 Cr. P.C.

3. Having gone through the impugned order and the Complaint Petition, I do not find any merit in the application.

4. It is dismissed.
