2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 16 persons are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that from the postmortem report, it appears that there is no ante mortem injury on the deceased, which completely falsifies the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghatti, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025.
