Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a four wheeler Nepali liquor was recovered and the petitioner was arrested after chase while fleeing away from the place of recovery. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39374 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 connection with S.T. Excise 340 of 2019 arising out of Birpur (Bhimnagar O.P.)
