2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the legal notice dated 31.05.2012 (Annexure-5) by which the respondents have charged a sum of Rs. 2,17,025/- in the loan account of the petitioner; and for connected reliefs.
3. Without going into the detailed merits of the claims contained in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner has since liquidated the entire loan and the tractor has been released by the Bank in favour of the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the stand taken on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
5. An oral prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner for
Patna High Court CWJC No.18389 of 2012 dt.26-09-2016 2/2 compensation for delay in release of the tractor to the petitioner. This Court makes no observation in this behalf.
