This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Bakhtiarpur Police Station Case No. 97 of 2017, disclosing offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P. till date and the petitioner is languishing in custody for more than four months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37177 of 2017 (3) dt.05-09-2017 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Saharsa, in connection with Bakhtiarpur Police Station Case No. 97 of 2017.
