2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was shot at by unknown criminals aged about 30 years.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that from the confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Sharma, it appears that the son of the petitioner, namely, Manjeeet Sharma has planned the murder and as per the confession, the petitioner was not involved in the crime. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, DistrictDarbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025.
