By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.4.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Misc. Case No.764M of 2013 whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to agitate all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46289 of 2015 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 charge.
Leave is granted.
