2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur Police Station Case No. 353 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 364 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that some unknown persons have kidnapped informant's husband for the sake of Rs. 25 lakh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He next submits that during course of investigation, one co-accused, namely, Abhishek Kumar arrested by the police and after his confessional

Similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4653 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024, Cr. Misc. No. 21824 of 2024 dated 19.04.2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 395 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 699 of 2023 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 353 of 2023.
