JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Uma Nath Mishra, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1962 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner by way of referring to the complaint petition submits that in a civil dispute colour of criminal offence has been given and petitioner has been implicated.

In view of the nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely, Arun Singh, be enlarged on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from today on
