2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201/34 IPC registered in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat) P.S.Case No. 213 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners who was the husband and his parents of the deceased have been falsely implicated as it is a case of suicide. The post mortem report does not disclose any internal or external injury nor sign of strangulation.

4. A perusal of the viscera report discloses as follows-- "THIMET was detected in the contents of plastic jar as described above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55777 of 2018(3) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 Thimet is an organ phosphorus pesticide which is widely used in agriculture for killing pests and is highly poisonous."

5. Learned APP submits on the basis of case diary that process under Section 82 and 83 Cr. P.C. have been concluded and the petitioners are absconding.

6. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
