2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court MJC No.1542 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 "for willful disobedience of the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in CWJC No. 5505 of 2025."

3. The direction was given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. The petition shows that he has approached the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Balia (Begusarai) for initiation of proceeding under Section 163 of the BNSs by filing an appropriate petition on 19.05.2026 but the contention is that it still has not been initiated/concluded.

5. Learned State counsel submits that appropriate steps shall be taken if the petition is still pending before the concerned authority.

6. Accepting the words of learned State counsel as also expecting the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Balia, Begusarai to look into the matter and take the petition dated 19.05.2026 of the petitioner to its logical conclusion, MJC No. 1542 of 2026 stands disposed of.
