JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Suryapura P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Kumar @ Golu Kumar. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Sandhya Devi, who is named in the First Information Report has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 45645 of 2017. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 18.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
