The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 302 and 504 of the I.P.C. and section 3 (ii) (v) of the S.C./S.T. (prevention of atrocities) Act. The informant named the petitioner and 13 others with allegation that all the accused persons assaulted his father Munshi Manjhi through fists and slaps, while co-accused Bhola Manjhi, Umesh Manjhi and Surendra Manjhi pressed his chest, who died later on in course of treatment.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Ravindra Manjhi, Lakhan Manjhi and Fulchand Manjhi and Basudeo Yadav against whom there is allegation of assault to the father of the informant through fists and slaps, have already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47061 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49126 of 2014 with Cr. Misc. No. 49725 of 2014 on 21.05.2015.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
