Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018 for the offence under sections 25(1-a)B, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the petitioner except Samsung mobile no incriminating articles were seized and as such no case under arms act is made out against this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to
