Today also nobody appears for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the State and the Accountant General are present.

The learned counsel for the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has already been granted the benefits of first and second A.C.P. vide Memo No. 775 dated 10.05.2018. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court CWJC No.12064 of 2010 (13) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 thereafter the fresh pay fixation has also been done vide letter dated 07.09.2018 and the consequential benefits would be paid within a period of eight weeks from today.

It appears that on account of the aforesaid benefits granted to the petitioner herein, the petitioner is not interested in the present writ petition, hence the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
