The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case no. 195 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioner took Rs.12,000/- from the complainant/informant for providing job in Glaze Trading India Private Limited, but neither the job was provided nor the money was returned to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, on the basis of the written report of petitioner Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019, under Section Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code was instituted against the informant of the present case, due to that reasons, the informant lodged the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40496 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 present case only to give undue pressure upon the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
