2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 353, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that in course of checking railway ticket, while the informant demanded ticket from one person, he replied that he had no ticket and on this, while the informant suggested him to make ticket, he abused and assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The informant was demanding illegal money

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45257 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 at the time of ticket checking, to which, the petitioner denied and that is why, he has falsely implicated the petitioner.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with GRP Patna P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
