Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

The statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had love affairs with the petitioner and she had voluntarily left her house.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
