Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is a Home Guard has stated that when he was on patrolling duty with others got an information upon which he along with others reached there and found a dead body of an unknown man.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not named in FIR and no incriminating material has been found against petitioner. Petitioner was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53133 of 2018(3) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 arrested only on suspicion after 4 years of the incident. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014.
