The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.85 of 2020 registered under Sections 366(A), 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim was recovered from Belokhara School and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she has stated nothing against the petitioner, vide Annexure 2 to this petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.46810 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.85 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
