Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.27 of 2017 under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 470, 471, 34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 7.4.2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in custody. It is submitted that the petitioner has already been remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
