JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioners No. 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 and also of Petitioner No. 1 who has been arrested. Permitted to be withdrawn.
It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioners No. 1, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/354(B)/379/ 337/ 504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon an order dated 29.06.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 730 of 2021.

Appeal (SJ) No. 730 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioners No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, 20, 21 and 22, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
