JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This application is for modification of order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73647 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 381 of 2019. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

For substantial justice, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53658 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bond.
