2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Sole petitioner (Sardar Iqbal Singh) apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per F.I.R., the informant gave a friendly loan of Rs. 7,50,000/- to petitioner for maintenance of his house and when informant demanded his money, petitioner returned only Rs. 2,00,000/- and rest amount has not been paid to informant and when same was demanded, the accused/petitioner abused and threatened him.
