Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of respondent no.7 on the post of Anganwari Sevika but she had never moved against such appointment before the competent authority as prescribed in the guidelines, this writ application must be held to be ill-advised and misconceived. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in availing any other remedy except moving this Court again for the same cause of action.
