18.03.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.02.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,500/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
