The issue raised by the petitioner has already been answered by this Court in two other decisions, which were rendered in the case of Ranjan Amit Kumar Singh and others Versus The State of Bihar and others, in C. W. J. C. No. 23703 of 2013, decided on 17.0.2014 and the case of Vinod Ram Vs. The State of Bihar and others, in C. W. J. C. No. 22708 of 2013, decided on 27.01.2014. The Court, therefore, does not go into the details of the issue raised by the petitioner. Suffice it to say that in terms of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8990 of 2014 dt.03-10-2016 2/2 advertisement and requirement for the post of Junior Statistical Assistant, the qualification of the petitioner does not match. Therefore, the right to demand or beget appointment on the said post is totally misplaced.

The rational and reasoning provided by the Court in the two decisions mentioned above will also govern the case of the petitioner.

Writ application is dismissed, accordingly.
