Petitioner who along with others had earlier moved for anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.04.2015 relating to Cr. Misc. no. 48484 of 2014. The prayer has been revived on the ground that petitioner happens to be a lady as well as there happens to be omnibus allegation.

Petitioner, very well, could avail the aforesaid eventualities during the course of consideration of regular bail and for that she is directed to surrender before the learned Lower Court within fortnight with a prayer for bail which the learned Lower Court will consider in accordance with law without being influenced by the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30328 of 2016 (4) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 impugned.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is rejected.
