The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) and 33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 9 litres of Nepali Soufi liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.06.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.36409 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2396 of 2017/609 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
