2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/323/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. All the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant and her family members arising out of a dispute over title and possession of certain lands said to be recently acquired by the informant's husband. Parties are agnate. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent. Coaccused, with similar allegation, has already been allowed prearrest bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide annexure 2.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44017 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Sanhaula Police Station Case No. 179 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
