Patna High Court CWJC No.66 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 appearing for the respondent Mining Department with reference to the impugned order present at Annexure-2 submits that the writ petition itself has been rendered infructuous by passing of the year 2014 inasmuch as the grievance was with regard to settlement of the Baalu Ghats for the year 2014 which stands exhausted. Considering the circumstances existing, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
