This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 437 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the delay in lodging of the F.I.R. and also considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, the order granting provisional bail to the petitioners vide order
