Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, lodged under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant has stated that his father has gone for treatment of his grandmother and at about 7.50 p.m. mother of informant inquired whereabouts then his father replied that he is coming, but he is not returned and his dead body was found in the village orchard with several stabbing wounds, then F.I.R. has been filed against unknown persons.

He further submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.03.2022. He further submits that petitioner is L.I.C. agent and it transpires from the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge that in paragraph no.23 of the case diary the only material come against the petitioner is that, he was paying premium of several term insurance policies of the deceased and on this ground, strong suspicion has arisen, according to Police. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that even at remote place, there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody since 04.03.2022. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Jhanjharpur in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
