1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case and are women and the informant alleges that on 07.03.2026 at 2:00 PM, his five neighbors including the petitioners came at his shop and started abusing, on objection, the accused persons assaulted by sword and brick causing injury on head, and thirteen stitches were given by the doctors.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44449 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 the informant, it is also submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged and the petitioners have been implicated in the instant case with an intent to coerce the male members of the family into submission.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 115 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
