JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons committed torture and caused death of daughter of informant in connection with demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2021 and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
