2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No.03/2023 dated 04.01.2023 for the offences punishable under Section 376, 448, 341, 323, 354, 427, 379, 504 & 506/34 IPC, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East).

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46163 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
