The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366 A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46221 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C., in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
