Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019 for the offence under section 25(1b)a /26/ 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.3.2019.
