2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 216 and 120(B) of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, accused persons along with two unknown persons surrounded the informant's brother, and Rohit Kumar Singh shot him, causing his death.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar Singh @ Sunny. No

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
