2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 25913 of 2019 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 22.04.2019.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to unavoidable circumstances, peremptory order dated 22.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25913 of 2019 could not be complied within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 25913 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
