JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.3.2023, passed in CWJC No. 20407 of 2021, three sale deeds of the petitioner have already been registered by the State authorities, after removal of the land in question from the Rok Suchi as also the jamabandi of the petitioner, which was cancelled earlier, has stood restored by the Additional Collector (Revenue), Muzaffarpur, vide letter dated 25.7.2023.

This Court finds that neither there is any representation on the part of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to dispute the aforesaid facts, which have been stated in paragraph no. 15 of the show cause, filed by the opposite parties, hence this Court has got no reason to disbelieve the factum of the order of this Court dated 21.3.2023, having stood complied with.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
