That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders setting aside the order dated 25.1.2024 passed by the learned Court of District Magistrate, Madhubani, vide Registration (Stamp) Case No.110/2023 by which petitioner has been directed to opposite defecit Stamp of Rs.4,98,696/- through Bank

Patna High Court CWJC No.9946 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 Chalan."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 25.1.2024, passed by the Collectorcum-District Registrar, Madhubani, by filing appropriate appeal, however, seeks some protection during the interregnum period. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, in order to enable him to file appropriate appeal and seek interim relief.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
