ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sajour P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary was called for, which has since been received.

After perusal of the entire facts and circumstances and considering the nature of allegations, it appears that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioners. Moreover, accused Parmanand Poddar and Lale Poddar @ Lala Poddar @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27508 of 2016 (4) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 Sunil Poddar have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31176 of 2016 vide order dated 09.08.2016. As such let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sajour P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
