2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 191(2), 103(1), 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, after the dead-body of the deceased was recovered hanging, the informant lodged the FIR suspecting around 10 persons. The police during the investigation found that the petitioner, the deceased, and one more person used to drink together and thereafter the petitioner was arrested and a confession has been given by the petitioner before the Police that after having a session of drinks, they had

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2025. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and except for confessional statement, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Dharhara P.S.
