2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1313C of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of IPC and u/s 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 04.08.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has

The terms and conditions of the compromise is annexed with the report received from Mediation Center. According to terms and conditions of the compromise, the petitioner shall pay Rs. 8 lakhs to O.P. No. 2, and O.P. No. 2 will withdraw all the pending cases against the petitioner and both the parties will compromise the case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1313C of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of compromise, the learned court below may pass appropriate orders.
