2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment the amount of Rs. 2,49,686/- to the petitioner with interest against the contract work.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner already stands redressed. A counter affidavit has been filed enclosing therewith a copy of the letter of the petitioner acknowledging receipt of the payment of the entire amount of Rs. 2,49,686/-
Patna High Court CWJC No.8650 of 2014 dt.05-02-2016 2/2 and as such the amount of the dues has been admitted to have been received by the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed granting liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal for the remaining grievances by way of claim for interest before the appropriate forum as may be available to him in accordance with law.
