The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation as made out in the FIR is that the petitioner had sought to obtain the passport on the basis of forged certificate. The said certificate was sent for verification but it was reported that the birth certificate was not issued from the office. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and in view of the fact that till date neither any benefit has been obtained by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30651 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 the petitioner nor any passport has been issued in his name, on the basis of the alleged forged certificate, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
