Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 331 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 12.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28016 of 2020 by this Court, in fact, the name of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51924 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Manish Pandey.

The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit taking into consideration that informant has detailed the physique of the culprits in the FIR, as such, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arresdt bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
