2. This is second anticipatory bail petition on behalf of petitioner in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 302/34 of the I.P.C. Earlier the petition for anticipatory bail of petitioner stood dismissed, vide order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27720 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by referring to paragraph - 9 of the bail petition, submits that husband of the deceased namely Pradeep Rishideo has already surrendered in the learned Court below on 07.12.2023 and since then, he is in custody. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that husband of the deceased has already surrendered in the Court below and petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, against whom there is general & omnibus allegation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed.
6. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
