1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S. & Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that she brought the arms from her house and gave it to her husband, who fired but then missed. It is further submitted that informant and husband of the petitioner are own brothers and are having dispute relating to property. It is also submitted that allegation of firing has been alleged only to give seriousness to the case when no one was injured.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.47/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
